Adoption Information - Please Read

All our puppies are sold STRICTLY as pets only and will not come with full registration for breeding. Each puppy will be dewormed at least 3 times and given their first vaccination by a licensed veterinarian at around 8 weeks old along with a full health examination. Everyone who purchases a puppy from us is required to sign/fill out our Purchase Agreement, Puppy Application, and our Deposit Contract. Puppies will not be sold without this being done. See bottom of page for Deposit Contract and Purchase Agreement. We may choose to run a background check on anyone interested in a puppy to check for any reported mistreatment of animals. We reserve the right to refuse the sale of a puppy to anyone we deem to be unfit for any reason.

If for any reason you feel you can no longer care for the puppy that you have purchased, we require that the puppy be returned to us so that we may find a new suitable home for it. Under NO circumstances should one of our puppies be sold, given away, or surrendered to a shelter.

Anyone interested in purchasing a puppy is required to fill out a Puppy Application. (Just click the button below) The purpose of the application is to ensure that puppies are going to proper homes where the new owners are serious about adding a new puppy to their life. Remember, a Siberian Husky is a 12+ year commitment and should not be considered lightly. You must be at least eighteen-years-old, or have a parent's consent, to sign our Purchase Agreement in order to purchase a puppy.

We do not breed for eye color. We do not guarantee coat length or color, nor do we guarantee eye color. If you are only looking for a puppy with a specific eye color, we may not be the right breeder for you!

All of our litters are from AKC registered parents, and limited registration comes with the papers to register your puppy with AKC but does not include the rights for breeding or some AKC

events/competitions. This is a good option for people only wanting a pet; owners would be expected to spay/neuter their puppy by 2 years old.

All puppies are vet checked before leaving home and you’ll get the paper from the vet. All puppies are vaccinated and dewormed. They will also be microchipped with AKC Reunite. 

Our puppies come very spoiled with a large puppy pack to set them up for success.  We spend $100 on each puppy kit to get you guys started on your new lives with our pups!

• To reserve a puppy we require a nonrefundable $350 deposit that will hold your puppy until they are ready to leave; this deposit comes off of the total price of a puppy. If you are placing a deposit before there are puppies available, your name will be added to the Waiting List instead.

• The deposit must be paid in full before you can put a hold on a puppy, or be added to the Waiting List, and separate deposits must be made to hold multiple puppies. 

• Deposits are good toward any puppy we produce within 12 months of placing your deposit. If your deposit is not used within 12 months, it will be forfeited and your name will be removed from our Waiting List. 

• Deposits and places on our Waiting List cannot be given away or transferred to another person; the deposit that is accepted is for the person who places it only.

• The full purchase price is due by the time your puppy is picked up. If your puppy turns 10 weeks old and the full amount is not received, you forfeit your deposit and the puppy you chose will be re-listed as available. Any additional funds you paid toward the puppy, except the $350 the deposit, will be refunded to you.

• We are flexible with payments and can do payment plans if needed. If a payment plan is needed please let us know as soon as possible so that we may work with you before money has to be forfeited. Ideally, payment plans should be started before the puppy is born or shortly after. If you would like to make advance payments before your puppy is ready to leave, we do accept early payoffs and will track them as needed until your puppy is paid for in full.

• Deposits are nonrefundable, but they are transferable; if you change your mind about a puppy or something comes up that prevents you from getting the puppy you placed a deposit on, your name will be placed on our Waiting List, so long as your puppy is no older than 6 weeks of age when you forfeit your puppy. You may only reserve and release a puppy once, doing so more than once will result in you losing your deposit and place on our Waiting List.

Puppies must be fully paid before leaving our home, there are no exceptions.

If you don't live within driving distance to us, don't worry! Shipping is an available option to all buyers

at their own expense. Just let us know ahead of time that shipping is needed and we will coordinate the shipping plans with you. We do not offer flight shipping.

Any and all shipping expenses are the sole responsibility of the new owner and are due before the ground shipper schedules you into their route.

We are willing to drive your puppy and meet you up to 2 hours, or 100 miles, from our home for an additional gas fee. That is a one-way trip, so an extra 4 hours of travel time is saved for you. Please keep in mind we will do our best to work with your schedule, but we also have our own work and family, as well as coordinating pickups with other families to consider as well.

Ground transportation with door-to-door delivery usually costs between $400 - $800 depending on your location and availability. Prices can change due to gas prices or location.

When considering shipping as an option for your puppy, please let us know as soon as possible so arrangements can be made. Puppies need to be leaving us either by in- person pickup, or shipping no later than 9 weeks old; puppies are able to be shipped once they turn 8 weeks old. If shipping arrangements have not been settled by the time your puppy turns 7 weeks old, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and relist the puppy as Available.
